Shipping Policy

All orders are delivered through our designated carrier and will require a signature upon delivery. We will take 1-3 working days to process the order before delivery. At present, our delivery charge is RM9.00 per order within Peninsular Malaysia and RM19.50 for delivery to East Malaysia. If your order totals more than RM30, you’ll receive free shipping in Malaysia.

However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we will leave a card for further instruction on how to retrieve your parcel.

I RECEIVED MULTIPLE BOXES; DID I GET CHARGED MULTIPLE DELIVERY FEES?

In the event that you receive more than one box for your delivery, please be assured that we will only charge one delivery fee per order regardless of the number of boxes received.

Orders are shipped within Malaysia only.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty-four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which are non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, the refund is not allowed.

Online Return Policy

For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return.

Please ensure that the Return Slip is included in the parcel and that the item has not been worn and is in its original packaging. The item(s) must be returned to our returns address within 7 days upon receiving the item(s):

All undergarments and any item RM20.00 or less are non-returnable. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once our Quality Control Department has inspected the returned item(s), we will process your return within 14 business days.

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to pack the goods properly to prevent any damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.

Unfortunately, for any in-store purchase, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges via the above method. Any items bought in a store need to be returned directly to any Newbery store location.
